Camera Constraints

The Camera Constraint allows you to constrain you, aka the camera to an object in the scene. As that object moves/rotates you/the camera will move along with it. When the camera is constrained to an object you can still move the camera around using the Camera Movement tools.
This new Camera Constraint tool replaces our old one and brings with it more options for how to constrain the camera and control over which movement and rotation axis are constrained.
